How to Update Ads Section?

Most of themes here are ads ready. So i often get email on “How to update 125×125 ads?”, It is easy but you’ll have to look up into footer.php and replace that ads code with your ads. Though if you have any difficulties, get back to me.

The footer.php file is just a bunch of letters, there is no !ads.gif to change. can you help?
